The pupusas are so good, especially the bean and cheese and the revueltas. It does take a while after you order. They're made right there so that makes sense. Fresh and great bang for your buck

I ordered from this location via Postmates. I was craving pupusas in Game of Thrones Sunday and decided to treat myself.
This location is walking distances from where I live however I never carry cash and they ONLY accept cash. I paid $20 for 5 pupusas + postmates fee + tip. I was expecting small pupusas since the ones I've usually had are decent size.
I was in for a shock. After waiting for 1 HOUR for my food I received 5 HUGE pupusas. These pupusas were no joke. One could feed 2 people. Luckily my sister was hungry and I was able to share with her and save the rest for the following day.
Highly recommend the pupusas de queso! -

The popular are real good here! Usually call and place order because it's usually full and there's a wait. The popusas rebueltas are good.

I understand how people can say that they are authentic Salvadorean pupusas. Dont believe the hype.
Secondly, we got food poisoning from this place.
I do not recommended this place. -

I guess it's a hot spot in Los Angeles, and I have to admit the Pupusas are good, but parking, location, and customer service is pretty lacking.
My wife's family is Salvadorian (Salvadoran sounds uppity and too Anglo for me), so whenever my mother-in-law doesn't feel like making them herself, she places an order and makes the 30 minute drive from Long Beach to this place.
I believe that every time she goes to pick up her food they repeatedly tell her "we don't have that order anywhere, are you sure you ordered it?" Basically they call her a liar and say they'll honor it though and just make it now... how about just say, "we don't do pre-orders" and that's it!
It's not just my wife's family who I see go through this, it's everybody who allegedly pre-ordered having the same issues.
I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that's it's because of the Holiday rush, but come on man!!!
I will say this though. Their budget is primarily for the food, which is good, cuz the inside itself is very goodwill-ish... meaning the decor and table settings are the last thing on their mind.
I mean at least wallpaper or cover the plain dirty walls with those huge ass towels my mother-in-law always brings me back from her trips to El Salvador.
Not sure if this place has a bathroom either....
